These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Microfibre World and Microfibre Cloths website and the purchase or use of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
About Us
Microfibre World operates from Queensland, Australia and supplies products to both consumers (B2C) and professional or trade customers (B2B).
All prices and transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Product Use
All products must be used strictly in accordance with:

Products are intended only for their stated purpose. Microfibre World is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from:

Professional and trade customers are responsible for confirming product suitability for their specific application and for carrying out appropriate testing before full use.
Safety & Chemical Products
Some products supplied by Microfibre World may be classified as hazardous chemicals.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for requesting and reviewing the relevant SDS

You will follow all safety, handling, storage and usage instructions

You will use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where recommended
Use of products contrary to safety instructions is at your own risk.
Warranties
Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, all products are supplied “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Microfibre World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to vehicles, surfaces or property.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Microfibre World, including its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates, from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Misuse or improper use of products

Failure to follow product instructions, warnings or SDS

Breach of these Terms & Conditions

Negligent, unlawful or improper conduct related to the use of our products
This indemnity survives termination or completion of any purchase.
Promotional Periods
During promotional periods (including Black Friday), discounts apply only to selected products as advertised.
“Compare at” or “RRP” prices represent the regular recommended retail price outside promotional periods and are provided for reference only.
Sale pricing:

We reserve the right to change or end promotions at any time.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been mistreated or misused.

Manufacturing Variations & Colour Transfer
Due to large-scale manufacturing processes, product dimensions may vary by 1–3%. This is standard industry practice and does not affect product performance or quality.
Some microfibre products may experience minor dye loss or colour transfer, particularly:

During initial washes

When washed with other fabrics or colours

When exposed to certain chemicals, detergents or solvents
Customers are responsible for:

Washing products separately before first use

Following all care and washing instructions

Avoiding cross-contamination between coloured and light surfaces
Microfibre World is not responsible for staining, colour transfer or damage caused by improper washing, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped daily.
Estimated delivery times:

Metro: 2–4 business days

Regional: 5–7 business days

Remote / WA: up to 14 days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak promotional periods.
Delivery Responsibility & Authority to Leave
Microfibre World is responsible for your order only while it remains in the courier’s custody.
Once delivered to the nominated address, we are not liable for loss, theft or damage.
If “Authority to Leave” is selected or implied, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature. To require a signature on delivery, please select this option at checkout.
Subscriptions
Some products may be offered as subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription:

You authorise recurring charges at the selected frequency

Payment details are stored securely
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time via your order confirmation email or by contacting our team.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding and product descriptions, is the property of Microfibre World and must not be reproduced without written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Sever ability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
